Received daily data for the milk collected and delivered to the society’s center, operating for about 2000 registered farmers. Entered the data in an Excel spreadsheet Counterchecked the coherence of the data entered and the tallied totals in the submitted collector journals. Liaised with the store managers on the daily issuance of feeds, keying in the reported information in the Excel spreadsheet. Prepared monthly Pay slips and the corresponding Payrolls, to accompany the bank cheques to the corresponding banks to which the farmers subscribed. Attended to the farmers, suppliers, and other clients on inquiries concerning either milk payments, feeds, animal supplement deductions, or any other requests concerning CAD. Liaised with partner companies in preparing for farmer incentives and sensitization meetings such as for biogas installation and registering to support SACCOS.
