Read and reviewed all project drawings including but not restricted to P&iD, isometrics, plans and layouts, and erection drawings. Handled the construction of on-base/Balance of Plant piping of four nos. GE 9FA Gas turbine and 2 nos. D-type steam turbines. Performed all hydraulic, pneumatic, and pre-commissioning tests. Fabricated and erected pipe support structures for the complete power plant piping systems (including spring hangers and calibration) Prefabricated and erected boiler external piping of four heat recovery steam generators in accordance with ASME standards. Coordinated punch list activities and closing for all systems. Handled and issued as-built drawings. Surveyed quantity and take-off for all piping systems. Handled the erection activities of Air-Cooled Condenser steel structure, fans and fan rings, and heat exchanger modules. Coordinated inspections with client representatives and reported daily and weekly construction progress.

Designed and supplied the industrial steam, hot water boilers, and boiler room accessories. Ensured that all client requirements were met. Designed and supplied steam networks and accessories. Prepared technical submittals and quotations. Performed steam trap testing for industries and hospitals in Lebanon. Prepared technical and evaluation reports for steam networks. Attended daily team meetings, reported the duties, and identified key responsibilities while providing recommendations for areas of improvement. Identified any rising problem and its root causes, researched and implemented the best solution independently or collectively with other team members.

Followed up on all the construction activities and procedures of Methanol Injection and Gas Modular skids. Performed Factory acceptance tests for instrumentations (Pumps, Transmitters, Switches, and Indicators). Performed hydraulic tests for high-pressure piping and tubing systems. Followed up and organized site erection and as-built drawings. Organized and supported the progress of the project with team members while constantly monitoring and delivering value. Understood the company’s current process and requirements and integrated sets of data into frameworks used to develop practical solutions as well as technical assistance. Delivered case status after each field visit and communicated key insights with team members.
