Razan's passion towards Talent Management led to a career shift and secured her a role in Talent Acquisition within one of the leading companies in Jordan, since then she have developed her passion to into extensive experience and knowledge in Recruitment and Talent Management. With her background in Industrial Engineering, she started her career within the management consulting field, and moved to build an in-depth practice in Market Research and Customer Experience. She gained exposure into various industries from Consulting, Logistics, E-commerce, and Telecommunication and Information Technology. Razan enjoys finding the right talent for various positions, and to help organizations locate and invest in the right talent that would drive their businesses forward.
