• Serving farmers by making it easier for them to get fertilizers and increase their production
through giving them products they need on credit.
• Recording any credit taken by a farmer and payments made by the farmers using different
systems.
• Leading the execution of our data collection and data entry processes, ensure that the field team
is collecting and reporting shops data correctly.
• Cross-checking the accuracy of that data through weekly reconciliation, identifying skills gaps
and providing the needed tools for the field team.
• Serving as a contact person for the assigned province.
• Supporting the team in seasonal launch preparation and handling any requests for additional
information required by the field team to conduct their operations.
