Ibukun Dairo

I'm a computer scientist with a background in software engineering, focused on the intersection of distributed systems and infrastructure reliability. Over the last decade, I've built and scaled systems across global organizations — from observability platforms at PlutoTV (Paramount Skydance), to multi-tenant cloud infrastructure at Traive, and AI-native talent pipelines at Cuesoft. I'm currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of North Dakota, where my research centers on AI-driven methods for infrastructure reliability — specifically, how multi-modal observability data can enable accurate fault prediction in distributed systems. As the founder of Cuesoft, I'm building a talent development and management startup that helps companies integrate AI effectively by cultivating AI-native engineering talent. We believe that in the era of AI, investing in people is what drives real productivity, sales, and profit margins. I'm passionate about bridging the gap between academic research and real-world engineering, mentoring the next generation of engineers, and building systems and organizations that create lasting impact.
