• Responsible for working closely with technical experts, project leads and project managers in planning, creating, and managing project schedules and participate in making decisions in regards the best process control, procurement, subcontracting, risk management, assignment coordination, interaction with customers, and activity duration from the conceptual phase of a project all through the entire project life cycle. • Facilitate open communications where all stakeholders are informed about changes to established schedules. • Perform project progress monitoring duties, as well as identifying critical activities, and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date from the conceptual phase of a project all through the entire project life cycle. • Plan and create new schedule delays and summary reports and suggest corrective actions to keep the project on scope, budget, and time while analyzing the impact and extent of owner and subcontractor delays and major schedule changes. • I work closely with team leaders to build, evaluate, and optimize project schedules while ensuring timeliness and accuracy of project schedules, including version control, acceptance criteria, contractual deadlines, and contingency plans.
• Monitor projects progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date and provide schedule analysis and metrics to key stakeholders on a regular basis. • Assist to develop project schedule playbook for new and existing team members to understand proper scheduling practice and provide support with onboarding of additional team members. • Regularly review critical path, schedule content, use of relationships and lag, constraints, and milestones, perform risk analysis and critical path analysis and provide routine status and reporting. • Create weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly report on project to stakeholders and management teams (S-curve, manpower curve, resource usage spreadsheet, resource graph etc.). • Identify activities impacting the schedule's critical path and facilitate the identification of opportunities to accelerate completion of the work, or measures to avoid potential delays and coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and ensured efficient distribution of reports. • Work with the team to define the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Define appropriate WBS in line with the adopted project development and project delivery strategy. • Ensure proper scheduling practices are followed and verify all project schedules submitted by project managers to make sure there are no open-ended activities, there are no activities with excess lag or negative lag.
