1. Project Management for energy industry projects; secure final investment decision, coordinate execution planning and engineering design, oversee project cost management and scheduling, coordinate supply chain management and procurement for the project, source human resources for project execution, manage internal and external stakeholders, ensure project control/monitoring/audits/reviews, responsible for quality management and project deliverables, commission project and start up; handover project to customer, and ensure close out with stakeholders including reporting and lessons learnt. Carry out project integration with leadership. 2. Entrepreneur and non-executive director; envision business mission/values and sustainability. Supervise business plans development. Source fund for business growth and operations. Coordinate staff recruitment, marketing and product development. Review weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly performance. Integrate all business decision and ensure harmony. Seek growth opportunities and communicate vision. Support staff development. Track existing and emerging external factors to business operations including STEPLE analysis. Continuously oversee changing business SWOT reviews.
