• Created a STEM gadget or game that was designed to teach fifth, sixth, and seventh-grade students an important topic related to science with a team of 4.
• Final design choice was a gadget codenamed “Phase Finders” that would teach kids about phase changes and the effect of temperature and pressure on phases of matter.
• Limitations of the design included a budget of under $30 and the use of inexpensive and easily replaceable materials.
• Programmed a microprocessor to showcase a phase change during a shift in either temperature or pressure through using a knob that can be titled to different levels and LED lights that showcase whether the material is solid liquid, or gas.

• Implemented Kaizen methodology (continuous improvement) through picking certain projects that aim to improve the schedule, quality and reduce cost.
• Created an interactive, fully automated dashboard for the commercial program showcasing information needed by program leadership by using Microsoft Power BI as a visualization tool.
• Collaborated with Earned Value Management (EVM) experts to help implement this measuring tool in the commercial program.
• Worked on a corporate dashboard showcasing all program's most important metrics to help AAI's CEO be informed and help him make better decisions.
• Standardized Non-Routine Cards (NRC) write-up by implementing drop-down lists and predetermined options to help with data mining and analysis.
• Supported the building of a moveable docking system that saved on 5 days’ worth of setup time for the mechanics working under the aircraft and reduced the impact on production delays.

• Noticed Lack of proper dashboard showcasing information and pitched the idea to the CEO for implementation and input.
• Chose Microsoft Power BI as a visualization tool for the data provided by the internal system of the company
⁃ PowerBI was approved after making sure it does not violate any ITAR regulations and is supported by the company.
⁃ Created Several IT tickets to automate flow of data and properly display it in the data dumps
⁃ Made a demo showcasing our current vision of the interactive dashboard as well as the different stakeholders within it
• Currently working on a workable version of the dashboard that is fully automated and showcased on hanger screens constantly.
⁃ Met with several shops/departments under the commercial department and took their input in regards to the dashboard and what they want to showcase through it.
⁃ Dashboard is fully automated through use of auto-updated excel data dumps.
⁃ Dashboard is constantly being worked on and showcased bi-weekly during report outs with the CEO.
