Cindy Jacobs

As a former university career coach at Johns Hopkins University, I have 10+ years in training and program management for 1000s of individuals. I educate, connect and coach students and job seekers, I design and deliver programs, and I build partnership to scale the impacts. I specialize in transforming international students into effective business professionals via training and coaching and expand organization's DEI effort. My experience of navigating the unknowns and ambiguity when studying aboard in the US at 17 and relaunching my career in a new industry both shaped my career interest in breaking down barriers and advancing others. I devoted my career in helping individuals navigate their journey whether in career, education or finance. It gives me the greatest satisfaction when I make a positive impact in people's life while reaching an organization's goals. I am also a first-gen college student, first-gen Asian American, a career switcher, an avid learner, a mother, yogi, foodie and MBA candidate.
