Highlight the value proposition of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and how it can help organizations achieve their digital transformation objectives. Conduct discovery workshops and interviews to identify personas, pain points, and use cases relevant to the organizations' context and industry. Apply design thinking methods to envision the solution and map the scenarios to the personas and the three pillars of empowering Copilot creativity, productivity, and skilling. Demonstrate how Copilot can improve industry workflows, collaboration, and innovation by leveraging its features and capabilities and integrating with Microsoft 365.
