➢Project Apollo: Financial and commercial due diligence for Apollo Agriculture, a startup company in Kenya and Zambia in line with a $10 M debt investment by Swedfund International;
➢Project Oxygen: Sell-side financial due diligence on a company listed on the Nairobi Stock Exchange for a 51% share capital acquisition;
➢Project Wasoko: financial due diligence for one of the biggest TMT mergers in Africa between Wasoko (Kenya) and MaxAB (Egypt) both B2B e-commerce startups;
➢Project Endelea: Buy-side advisory for Toyota affiliate CFAO Healthcare for a 70% majority stake acquisition of Goodlife Pharmacy Africa, biggest healthcare transaction in East Africa.
➢Project Sunray: Buy-side advisory for a Tier 1 bank in South Africa for it’s acquisition of a carved out business of a Tier 2 bank based in Zambia, Botswana, Uganda and South Africa.

Financial Modelling and Valuation experience:
• Financial modelling; build and review financial models that are sophisticated, robust, and easily interpreted for insights; e;g Project Sky: Review of a financial model for a TMT client intending to invest in Ethiopia; and
➢Project Migo: Review of assets valuation of a listed company in Malawi with subsidiaries in real estate, agriculture and Investment banking.

Economic Advisory experience:
Economic advisory; conduct feasibility studies and advise clients on their proposed investments e;g advised an Agri-tech company on expansion to Zambia and Rwanda and feasibility study for a client intending to build hospital hubs in Sub-Saharan countries. Moreover, conducted a feasibility study for two tier 1 Banks in Ethiopia intending to establish their investment banking subsidiaries.
