Provide resource and career strategy guidance to experienced talent through career skills development recommendations and employability support through delivery of 1:1 career helping conversations.
Establish talent referral networks by supporting the growth and creation of student clubs, supporting event execution and partnership development alongside student and alumni ambassadors.
Take ownership of operational efficiency of career service platforms by making recommendations for continuous improvement through proactively engaging with tech and design teams, learning about user needs, planning for and eventually implementing new service features.

Financial administration of the function.
Initiate discussions with internal and external stakeholders for sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
Work closely with Marketing and ICT teams to execute projects related to lead generation of employer contacts and marketing of the service to constituents.
Produce and maintain documentation such as operating procedures, user stories, site maps, customer journeys and process models as needed.

Maintain counselling service records.
Maintain the employer contacts database.
Organise and coordinate employer branding events such as recruitment presentations.
Conceptualise and implement marketing campaigns.

Mentor first-year students by delivering psycho-social support on their transition from high school to university.
Plan and execute community service projects for student participation with local organisations and industry partners.
