Processing Purchase Orders base on order status and set timeline.
Later follow-up with vendors until the item is delivered to customer.
Coordinate with freight forwarders/Logistics team to close orders by quoted timeline, to meet client expectations.
Coordinate with AOG desk as and when required, for aircraft under maintenance with RTS and on ground.
Plan and order spares/equipment from approved suppliers based on demands from customers and maintenance team.
Work closely with internal functions and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.

Plan and order spares/equipment based on demands from customers and maintenance team.
Work closely with various company functions in clearing queries.

Translate written and verbal communications between English and Arabic.
Convert ideas in the source language to equivalent ideas in the target language.
Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials.
