Handling the import of lubricating oils which accounts for 37% of all lubricating oil imports in Ethiopia
Promptly opening LC/CADs at different banks to make sure we have a sufficient level of inventory
Evaluating the conformance of contracts, shipping documents, and SWIFT messages with our suppliers
Regularly following up on transactions being processed at the bank such as checking whether documents and other payments are correct and settled on time
Handling customs duties and tax payments so as to have consignments at port available for sale
Thoroughly reviewing all the documents and providing cost analysis for the management to assess for their decisions
Recording transactions related to my tasks in ERP so that periodic reports are made accurately and in a timely manner
