Was responsible for administering a variety of exchange programs, including but not limited to the Fulbright Foreign Student program, the Kennedy Lugar Youth Exchange and Study and the MEPI Tomorrow’s Leaders program. Tasks included conducting recruitment, selection and orientations.

Conducting research on competitive banking services prices as well as creating marketing plans. Was also responsible for monitoring corporate accounts within a selected set of bank branches and for monitoring the performance of the relationship managers whom were assigned to corporate clients.
