The project was to investigate whether or not there was another reason for the decrease in patient volume during the COVID-19 pandemic's first surge.
My role was to create a heat map for the referral sources and compare their referrals of the year 2020 with those of 2019. Further, I emphasize the highest referrers and the lowest for future further investigation.

The project was about to clear a functional place at the medical center while keeping the function uninterrupted. Also, Working together with the Central Supply head and the CATH lab manager on the list of the needed items with their amounts on hand and par levels, rehabilitating the place for the new CATH lab. working on INFOR, MEDITECH, and PYXIS electronic systems to provide all those needed items in a ready-to-operate fashion, so the staff at the CATH lab are able to operate in the first day of the lab opening.
