I'm a Product Strategy Lead at Facebook, where I help product leadership make the best strategic product decisions in our line of emerging products. As part of that, I'm helping define the strategy for payments across the organization. Before Facebook, I was a Product Manager at SmartAsset, a financial technology startup in NYC reaching 45M+ monthly users with the goal providing the best personal finance advice on the web. I owned four product lines where I drove strategic visions, executed on product roadmaps, collaborated with engineering, sales, BD, and marketing, and analyzed data to identify product optimizations and improvements. Prior to SmartAsset, I was a Management Consultant with Deloitte, where I worked as part of a team to answer strategic questions for clients. I conducted high-level strategic reviews, detailed market entry strategies, and assessed large-scale mergers. I graduated from Yale with a BA in Economics and Global Affairs. I'm originally from Egypt, was born in raised in New Jersey, lived in Manhattan for 5 years, and now live in the Bay Area. In my spare time, I love snowboarding, scuba diving, soccer, football, travel, music, food, and books.
