As a HSE Supervisor in this fast track project, leading the HSE team is a crucial role and challenging, but always our continues commitment to overcoming all those challenges and embrace them with Patient, Actions and Long-term ideology was a key, my responsibilities was varied from all aspects of the project in order to achieve the biggest goal which was making safest environment, for all of those who involved in this project.

Executed daily operations and monitoring in base oil refinery
Managed 8+ fire-tube steam boilers as Area Authority
Mastered P&IDs and PFDs for plant management
Collaborated on PLC loop logic and instrumentation
Supported electrical maintenance team

• Monitoring the Whole Process of deformation the waste plastic

  types and how the Polyethylene Terephthalate get into the

  process and making the Fiber Polyester as a product.

• Checking and Adjusting the Variables of most that machines

  which involved in the process like ( Air Conditioning Machine ,

  Extruders, Cutters , HIM Monitoring screens , Crimper , Press)

• Hourly Testing the Halo Ratio by using Microscope for assuring

  that we produce the best quality product to the costumers .

• From time to time paying attention to all Washing, Drying, and

  Deformations, pulling lines detecting any problems and

  misbehaving with product, informing lines supervisors.

Mastered interpretation of PFDs and P&IDs for LPG, NGL, and LNG production
Gained understanding of PTW system and Life-Saving Rules
Developed familiarity with downstream quality control
Learned safety documentation and control
