At IP2AIR Networks Limited, I worked as a Network Administrator and Support Engineer, where I was directly responsible for keeping the network running smoothly, securely, and without unnecessary downtime. I handled the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, as well as both wired and wireless setups, making sure everything stayed stable and efficient.

On the support side, I was the go-to person for resolving connectivity issues, whether for clients or internal teams. I approached problems hands-on, quickly identifying root causes and fixing them with minimal disruption. I also made sure systems were up to date, carried out routine maintenance, and kept proper documentation of configurations and support activities.

One thing I take pride in is how I improved overall network performance by spotting potential issues early and addressing them before they escalated. This helped reduce downtime noticeably. I also focused on delivering fast, reliable support, which made a real difference in user experience and client satisfaction. In addition, I contributed to deploying new network solutions that were practical and tailored to what clients actually needed.
