Eric Karuti

I’m a Kenyan psychologist, writer, and research officer driven by a deep curiosity about human behavior and how people-especially young people-navigate the pressures of modern life. My passions sit at the intersection of mental health, youth development, and public discourse, where I use both research and writing to explore themes like identity, ambition, emotional intelligence, and societal expectations. Through my published work in Kenyan media and my professional experience in research and advisory roles within youth leadership spaces, I’ve worked to contribute meaningfully to conversations that shape how we think about growth, purpose, and the realities facing Kenya’s youth today.
