• Scheduled monthly routine preventive maintenance for all equipment in the Plant to
ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Prepared and reviewed technical documentation, such as engineering drawings, materials
specifications, and SOPs of equipment in the factory.
• Managed monthly inventory of engineering tools, ensuring timely procurement of
materials for ongoing jobs.
• Performed daily data collection and analysis of fuel consumption (diesel, PKS, oil), batch
production, WFI output, and electricity usage to support operational efficiency.

• Assisted senior mechanical engineers in servicing and maintenance of machines such as,
electric motors, AC generators, pumps, heat exchangers and compressors, on offshore and
onshore platforms.
• Performed winding resistance tests, insulation resistance test, and performance test on
serviced and rewound electric motors to ensure optimal performance and safe operation.
• Performed basic machining operation using lathe and drilling machine, gaining hands-on
experience in metalworking processes
• Assisted in routine maintenance and servicing of shell and tube heat exchangers.
• Performed routine cleaning and servicing of diesel generator sets to ensure consistent
power and operation efficiency.
