Dealing with various town planning related procedures such as rezonings, subdivisions, consolidations, consent uses, permanent closures, compilation of town planning amendment schemes, township establishments, and applications for communal leasehold rights.
Liaising with clients, stakeholders, line ministries, and bodies within the town planning fraternity over town planning procedures.
Liaising with Environmental consultants regarding projects that require Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Clearance Certificates.

My duties included dealing with various town planning related procedures such as rezonings, subdivisions, consolidations, consent uses, permanent closures, compilation of town planning amendment schemes, township establishments and applications for communal leasehold rights. Furthermore I liaised with clients, stakeholders, line ministries and bodies within the town planning fraternity (Local Authorities, Regional Councils, Urban and Regional Planning Board and Line Ministries) over town planning procedures. I also liaised with Environmental consultants regarding projects that require Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Clearance Certificates.

Tutoring 12th Grade learners in English as a Second Language and Geography.
Helping learners learn and understand new concepts and complete assignments as per the Namibian curriculum.

Reviewing textbooks to best teach learners information relevant to their full-time education.

I was responsible for tutoring 12th Grade learners in the subjects of English as a Second Language and Geography.

This entailed being responsible for helping learners learn and understand new concepts and complete assignments as per the Namibian curriculum and as outlined in the syllabus. I would prepare lessons by studying the lesson plans that I created, review textbooks in detail to best teach the learners information that is relevant to their full time education and provide additional projects if needed during lessons. I was also responsible for setting tests for learners to write weekly, as well as setting end of term examinations.
