Desmond Anokye Ntim Desmond Anokye Ntim is the co-founder and CEO of DEECOM NUTRIFOODS Ltd., a Ghanaian food startup producing Soysages — a plant-based protein made from soybeans. With a background in Food Technology and entrepreneurship, he leads a team focused on nutrition, innovation, and social impact. Under his leadership, DEECOM has gained FDA certification, won the Kosmos Innovation Center Agritech Challenge, and partnered with FRI-CSIR, GhanaThink Foundation, and local soybean farmers. Desmond is passionate about creating safer, healthier food options, empowering women entrepreneurs, and improving child nutrition through school feeding initiatives.
