Loading & Hauling: Monitored loading operations and fleet management systems, analyzing truck cycle times and shovel productivity to identify bottlenecks.
Drilling & Blasting: Reviewed blast pattern design and layout, including hole diameter, spacing, burden, and powder factor calculations, to optimize fragmentation.
