Elizabeth Akinwole is a social entrepreneur and the founder of Tblizs Foods, a plant-based protein food company committed to addressing protein deficiency and promoting healthy eating, especially among underserved communities in Nigeria. With a strong academic background in food science and technology, and alternative protein I run food systems, nutrition advocacy, and sustainable development. I’m based in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. I’m open to innovation, partnerships, and community engagement to build healthier futures.
