Planned and operated a student-run café on campus, from market research, marketing, to operations management. The café attracts ~150 customers/week. During the loyalty program development process, I applied the Pokerogue concept to design mini-games for customers, which helped increase customer interaction and experience, while also improving the team's management, teamwork, and marketing skills.
