Hi, I'm Xolile Nelile Ngcongo!
Boilermaker at Pinion and Adams
I am a focused, hardworking, and adaptable individual with a strong passion for logistics, supply chain management, and operations. I hold a Diploma in Logistics Management from the University of Johannesburg, and I am currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Logistics, which has deepened my knowledge of global supply chains, project management, and research in logistics. My interest lies in understanding how goods move from origin to destination and the systems that make supply chains efficient. I enjoy working in fast-paced environments, solving problems, and learning how technology is changing logistics in the 4th Industrial Revolution. I am particularly drawn to warehouse operations, procurement, transportation, and customer service roles. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed key skills in administration, coordination, Microsoft Office, communication, and inventory control. I also hold a Code 10 (C1) driver’s licence, which enhances my flexibility for transport-related roles. Notable Achievements: Completed a Diploma in Logistics Management with distinctions in International Logistics and Strategy. Successfully passed Research Methodology with distinction in the Advanced Diploma. Earned a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Completed a Short Learning Programme (SLP) in Artificial Intelligence in the 4IR. Gained over 5 years of administrative experience, including roles at UKZN, Coastal TVET College, and Tsebo Group. Skilled as a certified Artisan Boilermaker, with knowledge of engineering drawings and welding techniques. I am committed to lifelong learning, personal growth, and building a career that contributes to the efficiency of South Africa’s logistics and supply chain industry. I am ready to take on new challenges and add value to a team.
