• Design and implement solar PV systems across Solar Home Systems (SHS), Productive Use of Energy (PUE), Energy Storage, and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) applications.
• Lead end-to-end project execution—from site assessment and system design to installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Conduct detailed load assessments and energy audits to develop efficient, demand-driven solutions.
• Size and integrate solar panels, battery storage systems, inverters, and charge controllers for off-grid and hybrid systems.
• Supervise installation teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and quality control.
• Lead and strengthen robust after-sales service, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure long-term performance and client satisfaction.
• Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and contribute to grant application writing to support project financing.
• Drive business development efforts by engaging clients, identifying new opportunities, and supporting tendering and partnerships.

• Maintain and update the Training Library and manage other Learning Resources of the Association.
• Manage the work of the NTT and facilitate their utilization within LCs.
• Oversee all LC Exchanges, including CEED.
• Develop agendas for all conferences of the Association and ensure these are approved by the MCP, working alongside the rest of the MC team.
• Coordinate the management of the annual Winter School (with support from MCVP X).
• Oversee Education initiatives.
• Manage MXPP/TLP programs.
• Handle Talent Management Processes in ELD.
