Oversight of the non-banking financial sector, specifically financial leasing companies, mortgage finance, and real estate appraisers. Led the development of the real estate appraisers' sector, including drafting regulations, designing training programs, and implementing oversight mechanisms. Participated in the development of the real estate sector as a foundation for future growth in the mortgage finance sector, despite limited current activity. Participated in the review of the draft Mortgage Finance Law prepared by the World Bank, although it was not passed. Currently working on the Factoring law with the support of the EBRD. Managed the drafting and passing of the Financial Leasing Law (with IFC support) and contributed to related legislation on the Secured Transactions Law. Partnered with government institutions to create enabling environments for sectoral growth. Built and maintained strong stakeholder relationships locally, regionally, and internationally. Spoke at various local, regional, and international events and conducted awareness sessions targeting ministries and other groups. Managed day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and sectoral development.

Taught undergraduate course on Mortgage Finance at the Business and Economics School.

Developed strategies and action plans for the company. Prepared reports for international stakeholders such as the World Bank and CIDA. Participated in the company’s first bond issuance and served on key committees (investment, marketing, recruitment). Maintained strong relationships with banks and stakeholders.

Managed loan programs backed by international organizations (IFC, USAID, DEG). Conducted financial analyses, monitored loans, and participated in credit committees. Organized training workshops and collaborated with international partners on program improvements.
