Independently manage the entire sales and purchasing process on SAP. Customer order management: Receive, record, and process customer orders in SAP. Ensure order tracking from receipt to delivery Coordinate with various internal departments to meet agreed deadlines. Dispute management: Resolve disputes or issues related to orders, such as delivery errors, defective products, in collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Sourcing, prospection and qualification of potential clients. Contact prospects identified through international campaigns. CRM management. Generate regular reports and analysis on business activity, market trends and lead performance, using a CRM.

Perform the receipt and shipment of goods and physical inventories. Manage purchase orders and sales contracts. Enter purchase and sales orders in SAP. Participate in the creation of master data such as materials, suppliers and customers. Work in collaboration with the team to process customer complaints in the SD module.

Management of transhipment operations. Management and optimization of containers flows (FULL & EMPTY). Management of damaged and overdue containers Inventory management (DEPOT & Terminal EURO-GATE).

Processing documentation, producing progress reports and maintaining records. Coordinating deliveries. Optimizing processes according to schedules.
