Plan annual activities of the unit segregated into quarterly activities. Undertake major data analytics reviews and other reviews as appropriate, including special audits, value for money audits, product reviews etc. Review and sign off other data analytics exercises/reports undertaken/issued by the data analytics team members and others as appropriate, ensuring the implementation of agreed recommendations. Provide data analytics input to major internal audit exercises as appropriate. Present and discuss review findings with the Chief Audit Executive, updating with resulting review comments. Fill the unit’s staffing needs and those of other related units in the Bank. Give professional audit advice and guidance to staff and managers of other units and groups in the Bank in respect of activities either existing or proposed that have financial, risk, regulatory or policy implications. Provide independent advice and support for non-audit activities as required, in particular those relating to the continuous improvement of the Bank’s processes and practices. Support the Chief Audit Executive in improving and maintaining the Bank’s corporate governance framework, working to ensure an adequate framework is in place and reviewed on a regular basis. Lead and participate in corporate working groups as appropriate on issues of a corporate nature including the selection and development of new technology, vendors, consultants, working models, etc.
