Project Coordination and Implementation: Spearheaded multiple environmental initiatives, including community clean-up drives and local agricultural initiatives, increasing local recycling rates and cleaner open areas. Stakeholder Engagement: Currently engaging with local government officials, community leaders, and volunteers to secure funding and resources, lobbying to obtain grants for green infrastructure projects. Design team liaison: Facilitated all external consultant feedback and communication, including Tailings design industry experts and project evaluator, as well as mining industry Occupational Hygiene (OH) experts. Team Lead (Decant System design): Implemented a full feasibility design for decanting towers using specified Rocla-manufactured penstock rings, as well as a full feasibility design for the decant system outfall. Project Reporting: Reported on all recommendations for maintaining optimal health and safety conditions as proposed by OH expert, while maintaining detailed minutes for accurate technical report writing.

Design Lead: Oversaw the design and execution of a 1st-floor extension of an existing shopfront, ensuring project completion within scope and budget. Project Manager: Monitored and advised on project finances, maintaining optimal site conditions, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations. Draughtsman: Generated comprehensive building reports as well as draughting structural plans on behalf of the contractor and lead engineer.

Design Lead: Implemented and Managed the design and construction of relocated site ablution facilities, improving on-site conditions for workers. Project Coordinating: Conducted quality oversight, identifying, and rectifying major structural defects ahead of inspections, ensuring project adherence to timelines and building standards. Project Reporting: Developed and maintained detailed progress reports, ensuring effective communication and strategy implementation for the site lead foreman.

Costing Estimating & Tendering: Drafted a bill of quantities according to the company template for scheduled renovation works on the berthing crew headquarters at the main port. Cost estimates were sourced from local materials supply stores. Organised and conducted site meetings for the tendering process due to open in January. Draughting: Created sketched drawings of the water reservoir serving the main port, including ideas on how to incorporate service access through the centre of the tower, for them to be recreated using CAD. Construction Management: Oversaw the building quality of the ongoing vehicle garages constructed at the engineering offices, enforcing strict compliance for masonry buildings in coastal areas.
