As a Chat Moderator for AiCE-8-Kenya, my responsibilities include managing space settings, adding or removing members, and editing or removing posts and comments as needed. I also moderate flagged content to ensure that conversations remain appropriate and respectful. Additionally, I pin or unpin important posts to improve visibility and engagement within the group. My role as a moderator enhances the learning experience by keeping discussions constructive and on-topic.

n my position, I give full support to the customer service desk, ensuring that client inquiries are handled efficiently and concerns are resolved quickly. I am actively involved in opening marketed accounts and have successfully onboarded an average of 300 new Equitel clients every month, improving their overall experience with the bank's services. In addition, I enroll around 400 consumers per month in the Equity Mobile Banking program, which promotes seamless digital banking. I also provide anti-fraud training to mobile banking consumers, enabling them to protect their accounts from fraud. My responsibilities include marketing Equity Bank's digital banking products, increasing client engagement, and supporting marketing events to promote product uptake. Through these initiatives, I make a substantial contribution to the bank's customer growth and digital transformation.
