Monitoring and providing first line of maintainance for 104 ATMs. And giving front desk support for over 55 branches eight hours a day 6 days a week. Most of the time remotely. 
There are days where we work on holidays and sundays taking turn.

Teaching English at beginner and intermediate levels
Students age ranging from 18-65

Provide technical support
Cooperate with senior workers to maintain and operate the software system
Manage flow of information from system to system
