Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Keeping the working environment clean. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Providing technical support across the company (in person or over the phone). Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Assisting users with software installations, updates, and configurations. Ensuring that all devices and systems are properly integrated and functioning efficiently. Creating professional emails for staff members. Working closely with other IT team members, departments, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
