Zelalem and Tsega Electrical Installation and Maintenance S.C. is a company my colleagues and I co-founded two years ago. As the site work supervisor, I have been responsible for managing and coordinating on-site operations to ensure the successful completion of various projects. Through my role, I have gained valuable experience and developed practical skills, contributing to the growth and success of the company while delivering high-quality results on numerous site projects.

I have been a dedicated member of Dire Elites Academy for over four years, where I have taught various subjects and taken on the responsibilities of a coordinator. In this role, I have managed multiple tasks, including initiatives to enhance student engagement and interest in learning. Collaborating with my colleagues, I played a pivotal role in elevating the school's standing within the Dire Dawa city administration, contributing to its growth and reputation as an institution of excellence.
