Maintain a professional level of service to the customer in line with the contracted performance standards Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls professionally Administer Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) to medical and trauma patients at scene, en route to the hospital and in a pre-hospital setting in accordance with local, National and International protocols.
