• Analysed strategic M&A deals with a focus on decarbonization and energy transition, and 100 venture investment deals for ArcelorMittal's XCarb Innovation Fund • Spearheaded a $50M equity investment in TerraPower, a nuclear fission company co-founded by Bill Gates, resulting in the first equity investment by ArcelorMittal in the green energy sector • Led a $36M equity investment in Boston Metal that provided ArcelorMittal access to a disruptive green steelmaking technology to support its decarbonisation journey • Directed ArcelorMittal's first 2023 startup accelerator program in India with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, and selected top 8 companies from 100 applications • Presented 5 investment proposals to the Investment Committee, chaired by Aditya Mittal (ArcelorMittal's CEO) and comprised of senior executive members from functions and segments across the Company's global operations

• Led financial valuation of a biomarker technology to detect leaky gut syndrome, and negotiated a technology licensing deal that was 3 times more than the initial offer (by a US based pharmaceutical company) • Performed financial valuation of an algorithm-based technology that can detect a genetic disorder leading to an agreement for the trial of the technology with a UK based lab • Performed financial valuation of a startup, DyeRecycle, which uses green chemistry to give discarded fabric a second chance - enabling the colour from an old garment to be extracted, revived and used to dye new fabrics

• Launched a social project to improve education access by providing existing content to remote communities • Built a system to automatically transfer digital education materials to 2 remote schools in Kenya with no internet

• Grew the team from 8 to 20 members by bringing new projects, adding revenue streams, and inventing technologies (five patents) • Led research projects for clients, such as Airbus, with findings delivered within 90% of budgeted costs • Ideated a technology to decrease carbon emissions and improve revenue for low-cost airlines. Led a 6 month internal incubator project to prove the business and technical feasibility of the concept • Invented a technology and secured 100% research funding from Innovate UK for a ventilation system to reduce the spread of airborne disease within an aircraft cabin • Won IMPACT "Create Value" & "Interact" awards for delivering innovative solutions, breaking silos, maintaining collaborative relationships, influencing others, and enabling change
