Collaborated with the technical and corporate team to develop 4 major products that eased data access, improved data storage and conformity within Orange Money’s big data ecosystem. Ensured that the implementation of Near Real-time Access to the company's big data, that cut down close to 24 hours of delay, met the needs of data users in Orange Money. Managed Phase 1 of a software tool to automate reconciliation of Orange Money Services like Bank-to-Wallet and Wallet-to-Bank transactions. Performed weekly data analysis of OM’s B2W data to know performance and technical faults related to partner banks, and passively contributed to over 5 departmental projects.

Designed suitable agile project management methodology, kept the team focused, ensured SMART goals were set, and kept the project within scope, time and budget. Conceived, designed, and realized the hardware and electronic system – smart collector, at the FabLab using 3D printing, laser cutting, PCB design, and other cutting-edge technologies. Proposed and supervised the realization of a suitable AI algorithm for the system that analyzed the quality and quantity of organic waste in a collector to trigger a reward system.

Worked with medical teams in over 12 hospital departments, including the OR, to grasp conventional medical practices, modern technologies, IT processes, and health data management.

Developed a professional drone pilot training course, and managed the drone repair team. Managed a research project on virtual humans, chatbots, and workflow automation to enhance customer service, with the help of AI/ML, Dialogue flow, Unreal Engine and other tools.
