I am Boitshwarelo Lorato Masocha, currently a dedicated postdoctoral researcher in the Environmental Section at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. As a registered Botswana Qualification Authority Trainer, I am deeply committed to addressing pressing environmental and agricultural challenges amidst climate change. My research focuses on identifying practical and scalable solutions that promote sustainable agricultural management practices. I aim to inform policy decisions towards a more sustainable future. My notable achievements include: 1. Successfully leading a comprehensive study on sustainable agricultural practices that significantly improved crop resilience in Botswana's arid regions. 2.
