Fulfills a critical role tracking the progress and compliance status of projects for this telecommunications corporation, including tower installations, civil engineering initiatives, and other complex programs. Contributes to testing and acceptance initiatives relating to new deployments of radio sites, microwave links, civil engineering structures, and fiber optic networks. Orchestrates and executes audits of existing Orange Niger Network infrastructure to identify and report on issues with the potential to impact services. Authors and revises checklists of compliance items to be reviewed during audits.

Planned and directed a project to deploy 50 microwave links to support Nokia telecommunications throughout the Tsernawa-Maradi-Zinder province. Scope of accountability included the preparation of offers as well as the presentation of project details to key stakeholders at Orange Niger.

Oversaw the planning, implementation, and optimization of microwave, fiber optic, and OMSN links in order to maximize the quality of service across the company’s telecommunications networks. Wrote formal procedures and support documentation for the data communications network and other areas of operations. Administered individual project budgets. Managed hardware and software upgrades impacting 2G, 3G, 4G Microwave, and Satellite communications. Led survey missions to support the commissioning of new telecom sites throughout Niger. Coordinated the efforts of multiple strategic partners, including ARCEP, Niger Telecom, Nokia, Huawei, and local subcontractors. Credited with achieving a greater than 30% reduction in capital expenditures in Q1 2019 related to the implementation of 10 new 2G, 3G, and microwave sites. Led the internalization of the commissioning process for 2G, 3G, and microwave sites and microwave license upgrades in order to further reduce costs.

Directed the integration of Nokia NodeB/eNodeB equipment that included BTS 900/1800 and Microwave (MPR and LSY). Led a modernization project in Niamey and surrounding provinces, completing over 100 densified and optimized sites across Niger for Orange Niger. Delivered UMTS/3G service to Agadez, the fifth-largest city in Niger through a project that was completed in three months.

Installed and commissioned WiMax equipment that included CPE/IDU and routers by Linksys, DLink, and other vendors. Served as a resource for customer support and online help.
