Led the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of the Imagining 2080 Forum, convening 150 delegates nationwide to explore Canada’s future possibilities through foresight exercises.

Created a youth opportunity strategy that hired over 7000 NEET youth, facilitated design jams with over 300 youth, and increased the number of BIPOC youth in the technology sector Utilized strong connector skills to convene diverse stakeholders, including youth, professionals, employers, and community service providers, resulting in the creation of additional employment access points and pathways for racial justice

Created Canada’s first National Youth Policy that influences federal policymaking and funding for over 7 million youth Counseled the Prime Minister on poverty, racism, health inequalities, gun violence and the social determinants of health
