I lead the Climate LaunchPad Program in Nigeria; coaching and coordinating the selected start-ups. Perform due diligence on the selected businesses to ensure that they align with the project’s objectives. Successfully organized boot camp for the participants and provided mentoring sessions which has scaled 80% of the participants’ businesses. Set strategic and SMART milestones and apt trackers for the start-ups to monitor and ensure they achieve their business goals in a timely manner. The trackers have proven to be effective in subsequent project impact assessment reports. Conduct 5-month accelerator program for the top 10 finalists to help develop their ventures.

I plan and implement several venture-building and capacity building programs, such as incubation, acceleration, and investment readiness sessions. I manage project activities; inputs, outputs, and progress towards anticipated outcomes. 80% of these projects have been successfully implemented and achieved the expected results. Provide Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) expertise in project planning; I design evaluation methods and generate M&E key indicators that assess project strengths, risks, and learning-identifies areas for improvement. I gather quality data through surveys, M&E assessment visits, etc., and manage the data processing cycle to measure milestones, impacts of executed projects, and identify gaps. I liaise with our legal team to review documents such as MOU, NDA, etc., which has saved the organization litigation cost.
