Project Title: Rural Connectivity.
 Deploy a physical communication infrastructure using all available wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular using Raspberry Pis.
 Use Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) techniques in areas where none of the preferred communication listed above is available.
 To fit communication in a challenged environment, implement a Named Data Networking (NDN) model.
 Deploy an Edge computing network to reduce the huge latencies incurred with communication in a challenged network.
 Write a scientific paper of your work.

Supervised team of ICT Technicians and work alongside with auditors to support the organization ICT infrastructure and conduct ICT Audits on all Ministries Departments Agencies across Sierra Leone.
 Annually refined the ICT strategy, business continuity and Disaster Recovery plans of the organization.
 Team lead for the refurbishment of the entire ICT infrastructure of ASSL at the head office in Freetown and the other provincial offices.
 As a member of the IT Audit Division Establishment Committee – partake in developing the IT Audit Strategy for the proposed new division, which is now in operation.

 Team member of the Extractive Industries Technical Assistant Project (EITAP – On secondment) at the Ministry of Mines and Mineral Resources to offer professional services and advice on ICT like budgeting, strategic and capacity planning.
 Administered and maintained the ICT infrastructure for the Ministry.
 Liaised with ICT service providers and suppliers.

 Managed IT infrastructure (DC, File and Exchange Servers), network and end-user support systems.
 Assess potential risks and technical challenges and prepare appropriate
mitigation plans.
 Maintain problem documentations and their resolution procedures for reference
procedures.
