Contribute to strategic planning and annual business planning processes, taking a lead on human resources strategy and planning. Oversee all recruitment and selection processes in the organization, ensuring these processes conform to CR recruitment standards and guidelines. Coordinate personal administration, including production of contracts or employment and other HR related documents. Lead on the coordination of team member training and development and personal development.

Organized and coordinated voter education at ward level. Imparted civic skills to eligible voters to participate in the electoral process. Promoted peaceful election before, during, and after elections. Distributed and displayed educational resource materials in schools, churches, and other gatherings where I conducted voter education. Analyzed the data and made a weekly report.

Onboarding for teachers on attachments, leave entitlements, requisites, and effective leave plan. General administrative duties, compiled staff meeting minutes and administration meetings. Maintained confidentiality of human resources-related issues and student enrollment. Consolidated the details of the learners that were set to write the grade 12 examination.

Spearheaded the first student awareness walk on social justice with more than 200 students from different universities. Collaborated with the student union and other stakeholders to safeguard student welfare and pressured the student union to uphold the constitution. Presented and sustained a Caritas and the Community radio program for 2 years on UNZA radio. Oversaw the organization of events and activities on the community outreach. Facilitated with the team in the implementation of UNZA Guild Constitution by encouraging students to make submissions and organized meetings to reach a consensus with the student.
