Generated weekly and monthly reports to indicate activities on site, project status and cash flow reports. Prepared material requisition forms and managed records of all materials received to ensure proper site running. Collaborated with the senior management to achieve proper running of the site’s daily activities and logistics. Measured quantities of work done in order to prepare the weekly quantity tracking form. Prepared weekly quantity tracking form using Ms Excel to facilitate sub-contractor’s payment. Gathered information on various site operations such as site inspections and basic site coordination.
