Investigation of process procedure and system failures by issuing QA alerts and corrective actions. Customer complaint investigation, analysis, and reporting. Conduct internal audits and oversee external audits. Data entry, correspondence, and reporting. Training of new hired employees with company standard operating procedures.

Co-ordinating administrative issues in the lodge and the head office Making sure paperwork is correctly filled out. Checking stock levels and ordering new stock. Updating stock information on computer systems. Receiving deliveries Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and stock-outs. Enter purchase details (vendors’ information, invoices, and pricing) into internal databases. Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items. Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals. Coordinate regular inventory audits Ensure purchases do not exceed budget.
