As the leader of the project focused on optimizing a ball and plate system using a PID controller, I assumed a pivotal role in overseeing every aspect of its development and presentation. My responsibilities encompassed not only the technical aspects of the project but also ensuring effective team coordination and adherence to established timelines.

Throughout the project lifecycle, I diligently monitored the progress of team members, providing guidance and support where needed to maintain momentum and meet project milestones. By fostering open communication and fostering a collaborative environment, I ensured that each team member understood their role and contributed effectively to the project's success.

One of my key duties was to establish and uphold a project timeline that allowed us to complete our objectives in a timely manner. I organized regular meetings to review progress, identify any potential challenges, and adjust our approach as necessary to stay on track.

In addition to my leadership within the team, I took on the responsibility of presenting our project at the International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM). This involved thoroughly preparing the presentation, articulating our findings and methodology clearly, and engaging with conference attendees to convey the significance of our work.

The culmination of our efforts was the achievement of first place internationally for our project presentation at IEOM. This recognition not only validated the hard work and dedication of our team but also underscored the innovative nature and impact of our project.

I am proud to share that our project will soon be published on Google Scholars, further cementing its contribution to the field of industrial engineering. This success serves as a testament to the collective efforts of our team and exemplifies our commitment to excellence in research and innovation.
