Researched and proposed several AI paradigms in e-commerce, and digital content creation using Gen AI. Developed and managed the entire ML-MVPs lifecycle of 4+ projects from design to deployment. On-boarded and trained 2 junior ML engineers and 2 interns contributing to the ML projects. Ideated and managed a Gen AI fueled webApp, worked closely with the tech team and UI/UX-designer .

Collected and analyzed data on medical staff productivity, customer engagement, product usage, and patients’ medical and mental records resulting in 7+ weekly reports on insights, key metrics and dashboards. Researched and identified AI quick wins while coordinating with the product and engineering teams to ensure feasibility of integrating the AI driven features and drafting the business’ AI road map. Designed and deployed ML prototype solutions of an AI virtual care assistant on the staging website to showcase it as a potential business use case which potentially increases efficiency and productivity. Established pipelines for user ID tracking and user implicit data collection through GA4, GTM, and BigQuery. Supervised 2 data scientists and interns contributing to expanding the business’ intelligence algorithms.
