Monitoring of the maintenance schedule of all equipment for production, ensuring the expected fulfillment of the same. Verified that all equipment was in excellent condition in compliance with safety standards. Reported daily machinery failures, along with the performance of the technical team through the Maximum CMMS.

Designed mechanical parts in SolidWorks and replicated fixtures to be manufactured. Provided preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to form, fill and seal medical device machinery. Worked with SCARA collaborative robots, provided maintenance, repaired, and reprogrammed. Installed improvements of energy saving systems in sterilization furnaces. Assisted in improvements to Cognex Vision Systems.

Developed three RPA optimization projects. Led the projects from their ideation (Collection of needs and requirements) using the UiPath platform, to the coding of the automation and the delivery of this to production, I also managed the delivery time from an agile approach. Create the final delivery documents, next to the user manual.

Worked with PLC systems and collaborative robotic arms (Universal Robots) to customize automation solutions. Designed and implemented hydraulic and pneumatic systems for the control circuit according to the requirements. Designed mechanical parts to improve the machines and their performance and 3D printing. Programmed Mobile Industrial Robots (MIR) to perform and execute missions, according to parameters. Achieved several milestones as determined through the project plan. Submitted the requisitions of parts according to the resource requirements of the projects.
